Savor the flavors of marinated chicken cubes grilled to perfection on skewers, seasoned with garlic and zesty lemon. Best enjoyed fresh off the grill. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Succulent grilled chicken skewers garnished with fresh herbs and served with vibrant dipping sauces.

Marinade Ingredients
1 kg boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
 4 garlic, minced
 ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
 ¼ cup olive oil
 1 tsp ground cumin
 1 tsp ground paprika
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp black pepper
 ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
For Grilling
 8 wooden or metal
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preparation Steps
1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using. Mix well to create a marinade.

2

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix until they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

3

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.

4

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece to ensure even cooking.

5

Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

6

Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.

7

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh off the grill. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
