Main Ingredients
 4 water
 1 cup sugar
 1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp orange blossom water (optional)
 1 tsp food coloring (yellow)
For Garnish
 1 fresh mint leaves
Preparation Steps
1

In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of water with 1 cup of sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

2

Add 1 cup of fresh lemon juice to the mixture, followed by 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water for added fragrance and flavor, if using.

3

Incorporate 1 teaspoon of yellow food coloring into the mixture, adjusting to achieve your desired shade. Mix well to ensure even color distribution.

4

Pour the mixture into a shallow container and place it in the freezer. Allow it to freeze for about 1-2 hours, or until it begins to set but is not completely solid.

5

Using a fork, scrape the partially frozen mixture to create fluffy ice crystals. Return the container to the freezer and let it freeze completely.

6

To serve, scoop the frozen beverage into chilled glasses and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
